A Customer’s request to book a specific reservation time on the Service Provider’s website is in no way binding to the Service Provider. A reservation for a specific time will be considered confirmed by the Service Provider only after a prepayment invoice has been sent to the e-mail address specified by the Customer.
The Service will be provided only after the Customer has paid the invoice sent to them in full; the Service Provider has the right to cancel the reservation if it has not received payment for the reservation from the Customer before the date specified in the invoice.
The Parties agree that the requested Service is non-refundable and non-replaceable.
The Customer may change the date and time of a Service only once by notifying the Service Provider of their request in writing at least 24 hours before the booked Service is supposed to take place.
SECURITY
Users of this website must not use any type of software or online tools that threaten the operation of the website or the security of the data therein. AYA BLUESMAN, SIA reserves the right to report violations of any kind and to provide information on suspected persons to the relevant authorities in order to solve security-related incidents or prevent security risks.
